AMISH-MADE
FURNITURE
We
carry numerous Amish-made furniture
pieces created from oak, pine and cherry
solid woods. Our on-line catalog
contains only a few of the finely
constructed hutches, dining sets and
bedroom pieces available. Amish and
Mennonite furniture craftsmen have a
reputation for fine furniture
construction that has not been
surpassed. Our Amish and Mennonite built
furniture surely proves their legacy will continue. |

| REPRODUCTION
WINDSOR CHAIRS These
reproduction Windsor chairs are based on
early American and Old English styles
dating back to the 1700's.
Using
a basic split-wedge construction, these
chairs are made using classic Windsor
chair features. Native 2-inch White Pine
Seats are deeply carved and hand-shaped.
The Hard Maple Legs and Stretchers give
the chairs their stability. The Oak
Bendings and Spindles give the upper
portion strength and flexibility. The
legs and spindles are hand-wedged as
found in the original 18th Century
chairs.
